Available Roles
If you are a reliable, friendly, adaptable, and professional translator who is interested in working with us, we’d love for you to get in touch! Many of our translators have been working with us for a decade or more and it is our aim to build up healthy, long-term business relationships with our linguists.
Requirements
To work with us, we ask that you only translate into your mother tongue and that you are (preferably) living in the country of your mother tongue.
We look for the very best of the best. As such, we’re looking for people with:
- A minimum of 5 years’ translating experience.
- Relevant University degree.
- Postgraduate translation qualification.
- Membership of a professional linguists’ association e.g. Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIoL).
- A sector specialism (preferably).
How To Apply
To apply, you’ll need an up-to-date profile/CV outlining your competencies, details of qualifications, areas of expertise (market sectors) and experience. You will also need to submit two references from UK translation companies with whom you have worked (email addresses only, please). These translation companies should preferably be members of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC). If you do not have two such references, please submit two relevant references whom we can contact. Please also indicate your rates.

We receive a large number of applications every month from linguists keen to join our panel of experienced translators and it does take time to assess each one, so please be patient.
To ensure your application is considered, please do include all the information specified above.
All applications are reviewed by our vendor manager, and if your application meets the initial criteria above and, we are actively seeking your language combination and specialism, we will be in contact with you to pursue your application in more detail. Please note that we will follow up with all your references and a sample translation will be required.
