Of course at Anglia, we know this to be true, but this certification gives our clients and our suppliers the confidence that it actually is true!
We have been ISO9001:2008 certified since 2010 and contrary to my expectations, the upgrade process to the new standard was interesting, worthwhile and extremely beneficial, allowing the management team to review all our processes and re-assess our company vision and objectives within an effective quality management system.
ISO9001:2015 demands a high level of management commitment, encouraging business leaders to review, assess and mitigate internal and external risk factors on a regular basis.
